Ok, i bought this camera from a friend who is a photographer to start learning to use a more professional camera. I have since decided to look for a DSLR so I don't have a use for this. Everything is in good shape and was just reconditioned before I bought it. I was told though that it might need a watch battery. I have never used it and it has been in the case since my purchase.

I believe he said it was a 1973 camera. Model is TL-Super. Lenses are in excellent shape and two of them have their own cases. Can get the details on the lenses if desired.

Here is a picture of everything:

and the camera itself:

Asking $100/bo plus shipping.

My dad has this same camera that he bought new when he was stationed in Texas. I asked him about this camera a few years ago, and his comment was that it was VERY pricey when he bought it...and he even haggled to get the price lowered. He rarely uses it, but he said it took outstanding pictures when he did (and I have seen those pictures btw) That'* mainly the reason he refuses to part with it today.

Trust me when I say this...this is a high-quality camera.

Would be a great kit for anybody, I'd snap it up if it weren't for the fact that four 35mm SLR cameras are sitting right next to me as we speak
not counting another medium format twin lens reflex and my DSLR, you can see I have a problem

FWIW, with this setup one can easily make images that rival the image quality of even the best DSLRs. Period. Shooting film will not break your bank - you just have to learn to shoot smart.

And, of worthy note, the lens mount is the (Pentax) M42 screw-mount. VERY excellent glass can be had for this system for CHEAP, although the above pictured 50mm f/1.4 is a great buy as it is. And as well, adapters can be had so you can use these great sharp lenses on a DSLR also.
