Supercharger swap to a beretta.
Aight, my buddie in monterey in pretty damn crazy, he wants to buy a 1995 chevy beretta z-24 or something like that. From what i understand, that car has a 3100 engine. He wants to know if he can install a 3800 supercharger. If not, if he can swap the engine. It has the same 4T60-E.

have heard of the engines being swapped. The 3.1L has little in common with the 3800, so it cannot be swapped. Perhaps a custom turbo setup would suit better.
If it'* the old 3.1L and not the 3100, there was the turbo Grand Prix which could be used as a parts donor

Custom fabricated welded aluminum LIM. At the least, probably $750 bucks assuming the engine is torn down and he has the SC.
What'* he using for a PCM?
(this can go on all night.....if the Dude doesn't know what a LIM is, why are we having this conversation?)

Or to be more straight to the point, does he know that turning the wrench counter-clockwise removes a bolt or nut from what is restraining it?

Why the H E L L would someone want to MATE an M62 to a Beretta when an L67 swap would be much more beneficial and cost effective?

I don't think the 4T60-E can handle the */C. Neither the driveshafts.
