After cleaning the squirrel take and pan fry till done. Cut up in small bite size chunks and add to your favorite spaghetti sauce. It is actually not that bad. There was a post about shooting in the abdomen which is the reason why a head shot is important.

Squirrel the other lesser known read meat.
