All states that I travel, with personal smoky advisory:
WV 70 50-60 metro (only about 3 metro areas in the whole state)/ very tolerant
MD 65 50 - 55 metro/ tolerant
VA 65 50-55 metro / not very tolerant but not very present
KY 65-70 / don;t seem to care
NC Haul *** with the traffic / get out of their way
DC 55 rush hour - crawl / as long as you aren;t waving a gun you're cool

Glad I work in Columbia, MD now and go against traffic both to and from work.

Here in my area... The state highways go from 30 in town to 35-40-45-50-55-65... LMAO
And in other areas its like a pure speed trap...45-40-30-35-45-55 Freaky set up we have...
For the most part in the open, its 55-65... Interstates here are 70 lol... I don't think anyone in FL goes 70
