Yea, some cops are a pain in the ***, but in this case he was doing his job, and he let you off easy. Laws like what colored lights you can have in your car are there for a reason. I dont think I need to explain why because Common Sense will do a good enough job of explaining. You need white/ red in the back, white/yellow in the front, THATS IT. Anything else and you are just asking for it. Im not sorry for you. This is the kind of **** ricers get in trouble for.

It'* cool guys.. I didn't mean to start anything... just chill out!!! =) I don't need everyone attacking me for posting about something that happened one night. It'* a story I don't hate cops I was just mad that I got pulled over. But I'm not going to sit here and feel like I need to explain myself, bc that'* just foolish.

Ahh, everyone needs to vent once in a while, its cool. Once you go through Air Force training and join their police force you will probably kick yourself in the *** for making those comments.

Consider yourself lucky and replace them.
For the record....NATIONWIDE:

Flashing Amber = Caution Possible danger

RED = Police, Fire, and emergency ( rescue type) vehicles only
( other than on the rear of a vehicle... i.e. Brake lights..)

BLUE = Fire Dept personnel, Volunteer or Paid, in their private vehicles,
(ONLY) when on their way to an emergency .

GREEN = Ambulance corps personnel Volunteer or Paid, in their private vehicles,
(ONLY) when on their way to an emergency .

The blue and green are illegal to use otherwise, even by said Emergency personnel.

I was, for !0 years, a Volunteer Emergency Medical Technician.

Just a little info. That time of the morning, most police officers see one of three possibilities. A drunk, a trouble maker(warrants), or someone going to or leaving work. One way to find out which one you are is to find any type of violation for which to pull you over. So, you are more likely to get stopped for a minor violation after midnight. One that I knew liked to pull over people who had a burned out headlight. His theory was if they didn't take care of the car, what else didn't they take care of. The GR cops you passed were likely ending their tour of duty, and simply couldn't be bothered.

My wife got pulled over awhile ago at 4:30am (going to work). The sherrif said he pulled her over because she was going 58mph, and had she been drinking. She had on her scrubs on and a bag she carries lunch, water, etc in. He went through the bag and then made her blow. She did everything he asked and went on her way. He must have been pulling everyone he saw over that morning.
