hmm lots of opinions here most def. i'm liking it so far & i most def see why everyone is soo worried about the bonneville stuff. in my opinion, with ALLL of you bonn members dominating this site i personally dont think the bonneville will get lost or what not, i dont think a lot of the members would allow it.

but i have to agree with brian about the logo up at the top, i mean its nice & all but why not use 2 cars that more of the members on here are most likely to have instead of the escalade & hummer, why not try to use more sportier/common cars like the bonn, grand prix, camaro, trans am, or monte carlo? & yeah that bonn club box up there i dont think flows very well either =/

oh & yeah I think it would be a cool thing to have another edition of the car of the month thing open to all of the GM cars once more people get on here & all =)

No worries and all good X. Just trying to think/write out why I did things a certain way and answer peoples questions/observations. And trying not to let defensive thinking cloud a huge task still ahead of me.

Ya,.... I have over 100 and often it can go over 200 emails just for BF, but it is a good way for me to view the thread content from my inbox and decide what i need or want to reply to. I clear them out each day with a sweep, and click. vB is awesome and huge in options that I dont even think all of their team in a given moment knows about. I will put you suggestion in the short list and ask Our IT about.

We are in complete agreement about the advertising and even though the initial cost of taking the Forum back from Mr. Davis hasn't been recovered. I can personally assure you and all, that issue is way back on a shelf and every Dollar not spent on current needs is being pumped into advertising. It is and has shown itself to Rick and I to be an investment, not a expense.

I do not want my replies and at times vaguness to hinder responses here. I am taking everyone here seriously (except the troll a couple posts back) and will make every adjustment logistically possible to make everyone as happy as I can. Been quite a 24 hour period with a 4 hour nap. I'm going to be offline till tonight. Got to get some real world things done, give my fingers a break, and take in some fresh air.

DISCLAIMER: I DID NOT READ THIS THREAD SO MY INPUTS MIGHT HAVE BEEN SAID ALREADY.

Looks good, beginnig to be set up like a "super-site" should be. Artwork needs to change though. I sent an email to my graphic design friend to make us a new banner consisting of brand logos instead of a Hummer and an Escalade. Also the "Mod, supporter, etc" badges need to lose the Pontiac symbol, well maybe not the Mod ones because they'll be modding the Pontiac section. Does that make any sense at all? Also, I put a post in the Chevy section trying to get a list together of the most popular Chevy vehicles people would probably have.

Please leave suggestions out of the new sections, they are for people coming in and responses. Would be cool for members who own something within a Section to mention so, and if they can help with the mechanical .

Model Sectioning will be done as demand creates the need in Each Brand. I won't be creating subforums for every model GM makes "just because"

You know the Corvette and Camaro sections will be a hit though since that'* the two most popular GM cars being made.

i liked it better honestly as a bonnevilleforum. If it was a gmforum i wouldnt of joined in the first place. Its the most active bonnevilleforum and thats the way i liked it. Sad and pray that the bonneville doesnt get overplayed by other GM models now that we are a "GMforum"
