i learned a valuable lesson last night
#5
i started drinking last night at about 6, determined to finish off the alcohol in the house. we had 8 bud lights left and half a bottle of southern comfort. i drank 7 of the bud lights, gave the other to my friend. then we started on the SC, i had a triple-shot and then waited a bit. at 8 i found myself in the bathroom. and didnt leave it until about 2am. woke up at 6am, and was still dizzy.
no headache, though. im grateful for that. i didnt go to class though because i didnt think it safe for me to drive this morning at 7:30. i was still dizzy.

And Mixing Beers and Other Drinks is a recipe for that unhappy feeling
Somewhere along the line you end up a porcelain hugger

Seriously, good foryou that you made the responsible decision(even if it may have been motivated more by not being able to find the door... :P ).
BTW, I've gotten sick off two hard ciders and a Smirnoff twisted. Mixing brown and white is a sure recipe for the up-chuck...

Hmm.. I've never had a problem mixing... but then again I don't typically down more than six or seven beers and don't combine anything more than 4 shots of equivalent to jack. And, the shots are always mid point, never at the end.
My one friend has a somewhat funny problem. If he drinks more than one drink in an hour, he gets sick. Lol... poor guy.
