Get some grounding strap and attach it to the chassis dragging on the ground under the car.
Rubber tires are insulators. Give it continuity. It may actually save your life some day if a power line ever lands on your car.

You'll never see it. And it works. There used to be a steel-impregnated rubber strap available for this in the same installation application. I've seen them before.
