They are going to replace the window for you though, right? I know that our place told me to call them even if the floor sagged or the door started to stick from settling or anything.

I have a manufactured house that has so many sheds, decks, and such attached to it the only original house left is the front with the bay windows. In PA they cant tax mobile -modular houses or the outbuildings attached so it'* a win-win.Guy next store with an old cottage pays $3400, i pay $680. Even built a garage just for my motorcycle.

The only loophole I've found for my city so far involves decks. if it ain't attached to the house, you don't have to get permits or inspections. Construction codes don't apply either.

Gotta find out about sheds, tho. My plans on expanding the garage would involve codes, and got taken over by a garden anyways. If I can get a free standing shed, tho....

Yeah they finally after 3 weeks sent a new window. My shed is nice but lash, yours is much nicer imho.

Wow, we have 2 trailers on our land that we have to pay taxes on, and they're not even liveable. The roofes are falling in, no windows, one doesn't have any siding. Yet we still pay, like, $500 a year, I think.

Time to move them out to the junk yard I'd say. Even if it costs you to haul them a way, it would save $ in the long run, IMO.
