Default Calling all GEARHEADS (vehicle emissions)

ok i have a 89 cutlass supreme with a 2.8 multi-port
the hydrocarbons (HC) are to high what on this car controls HC'* the limit is .800 grams per mile and my reading is 1.0349 grams per mile

its got a new O2 sensor,Egr Vavle,MAF,CAT, and NEW timing chian,TPS

Would the MAP have anything to do with it?,

it probbaly needs a tune-up but im stumped

BTW Its OBD1 so i doesnt throw a code

what are all the emission controled components on this car?

Its not making a clean burn, start looking at your ignition system. Wires, Plugs, any misfires, vacuum leaks.
