Personally (and please don't take offence to this as none is meant), I think the third one is best. The crossed arms in the first make you look closed and guarded. In the second, you look like you're about to fall asleep.

#1, def. More casual, and IMO, that'* what you want your senior pic to be (you're a senior next year, right?). Don't let these old farts tell you otherwise
