Absolutely. I agree 100%. Ask around for advice on choosing the RIGHT lawyer. You want a reputable attorney that the insurance companies can work with. My insurance agent and his wife (nurse) suggested mine.

well thank you all very much she doing better she cant move her neck much at all and we went to see that car and i got pics but sounddomain is being a PITA so im trying to get them on here for u all and were going to see her doctor this afternoon. well all we want is our cars fixed for paid off we dont entend to sue but if anything happen we got a very good witness who was behind the guy who hit her but when we went to see the car his car was gone and the lady who helped us said that their was numerous stories going around on what happen but we got proof and a very good witness. but ill get those pics asap.
