It is my absolute favorit album, and im sorry to say its not a tribute album. more of a concept album dealing with theams of Time, money, greed, madness, war, and politics
this album was the band trying to get away from there "Syd style" and branch off to new things.
If you would like to disput this more maybe we should do it via PM and nolonger hijack this thread
