New Job
Well, it'* about time I caught a break in life. I finally found a way out of my part-time job that was barely paying the bills and giving me walking-around money. I got a job at a company that sells electric motors for things such as pools, spas, HVAC, etc. It'* basically customer service, which is what I was doing at UHaul, but it'* not commission-based, which is a great thing. I'll be making $12/hour full time, plus benefits. The benefits are a great thing because I've been without insurance since I temporarily left school in January. The hardest part of this job will be learning the lingo and the extensive product line/catalog. Here'* the company:

I start tomorrow at 8a.m., and am super excited because it'* literally 6 stoplights from my house, in comparison to the 30 minute drive I had with UHaul. I'll be saving a boatload on gas money, and will finally be able to get some bills paid off for good. With this job, I'm aiming to save enough money to move out of my parents' place by this time next year. I'll be sure to let you guys know how it goes, and will provide an update when I get done tomorrow sometime.
Wish me luck!
