Recruiters, how do you recruit?
I am trying to get ideas on how to reach people in my area who might have GM cars, especially Bonnevilles, 3800'*, etc. who could benefit from the site and to start having meets my area. What do you guys as recruiters do to steer people to the site? I don't own a shop or otherwise deal in automotive repair. Hmmm, there'* an idea. My mechanic has a shop. He might let me drop off some flyers or cards or he might suggest the site to locals for me. Any thoughts?

sometimes it is hit or miss. i usually catch people getting out or into their cars and hand them a business card and tell them a little about the site while checking out their ride. also you can use the business cards to drop under a wiper and let them know about the forum that way. these are the usual ways i go about it

I still have them, they are nice quality. I bumped that thread. They are hard plastic coated/both sides and will last in your glovebox or wallet,..... or tucked under a wiper.
