Why don't it sit and burn?
I can make the car burn the rubber off from the line easily, but I was surfing around and found a write up by Zoomer on how to get it to sit and burn, He says to set the parking brake, floor it, bring it in to 2500 or so to get the other tire spinning, and ramp it back up to burn. But it doesn't work, the car drags itself. What'* up? I know that it'* not too much grip, I'm running 80K touring tires. Just need some more ponies or am I doing it wrong?

maybe the parking brake is a little weak? is it just skidding the back tires of rolling them? if theyre rolling id say the back brakes arent strong enough to hold it.
you could always chain the back bumper to a roadside tree and light up that way.
also if all your going for is burnage and smoke you could always soak the tires in any number of solvents and whatnot, ive heard of everything from bleach to Bubbles being used

Good idea too to have a spotter out front while you burn out, when you first tromp on it only one tire will spin, you drop your rpm'* untill the other tire hooks up (your spotter will signal) then back on the throttle.
