The general public opinion is that most of their stuff isn't the most reliable. However with things such as floor mats, like Sol said, you can't go wrong. Just read all the fine print.

They've been around pretty much since cars were invented, so how bad could they be?

I bought a cat-back system for my Bronco from them a few months ago--it was actually made by Pacesetter. If you look closely at the stuff they carry, a lot of times it is decent name brand stuff--still lots of cheap crap as well, but oncein awhile the good stuff is there
