no no, an hour a day is the minimum required for my line of work. im concerned about my health, so i make sure to get at least three. then it gets to the point where:
hours of TV >= hours of sleep
so i have to cut myself off.

ah, the books are for work. i read on all my breaks and lunches (as a consequence, it doesnt feel like im actually working, just killing time until i get back to break and continue the story. right now im reading "It" for the fourth time).
