i know i know! Gallop Racer 2 and 3, and G1 Jockey. 
I LOVE them 
Other good ones were Spider Man 1 & now 2, and the Resident Evil series was great but don't play alone! i always had Murdock around to get me through the tough scary spots
haha...whoops...read it over once it was posted and saw i'm under murdock'* name (it'* Tamara) oh well i don't think he'll terribly mind
