i'm not insisting on putting full coverage on it, i haven't even brought up "full coverage" since my first post... :?

Most likely i wont be putting full coverage on it. If i was to ever put anything on it, it would be Limited Collision, because after being in two accidents that weren't my fault its nice to have limited collision, but thats only like 20 bucks more a month.

I had Progressive for 6 years. They were great! Then I had a claim. Then they accidently issued me a "totaled" Title instead of a "Salvaged" title. I've been fighting them for almost a year now to have them fix there honest mistake.

I have State Farm auto insurance and always have. Had great service with them and we have so many cars on the policy that we get a killer rate.

However, I have progressive insurance on my bike. Their rates beat everyones (I am 20 years old and comprehensive is $44/mo, it was only ~$75 for full coverage IIRC (value of bike is ~$6k)) by a significant amount, even if I were to add it to our current state farm policy. That is the ONLY reason I went with them. I haven't had a reason to make a claim or anything so I'm not sure how that would go with them, and hopefully I don't have to find out.

In MI thats not how it works. If someone hits you, or you hit someone, or any damage happens to your car no matter whos fault it was, its your own insurance that pays for it. Now, technically if the accident wasn't your fault, the other drivers insurance company is supposed to pay your deductible (up to a certain amount IIRC).
