It'* just something to toy with, and play MP3'* on my stereo rack. I need to find reasons to tell people why linux sux too. Actually it looks like it wont be so bad, and pretty easy. Not to far from a windows install.

what distro you got?
i tried peanut a while back but XFree86 didn't like my ATI graphics card, treid RH back inthe day too... didn't feel like finishing the install... if only someone would make it easier to install... like 30 min, it detects everything, works perfect off the bat... that would kill MS (btw, i hate MS products because of that dang BSOD)

It'* yellow dog linux @ www.yellowdoglinux.com but it'* made for Power PC hardware (aka MACS) which is why i'm using it. I figure that will make stuff easier too because they custom make it. Install was pretty easy and it found my built in video card (ati rage64 II 3D baby!) and my monitor thru the old school apple DDC connector....
