the only car i said i would take over my bonneville is another big ol' cadillac. they are my absolute number 1 car.

last week got offered an 89 fleetwood brougham, 5l v-8, in black ( best caddy colour), not hi miles, no rust, everything works but the air for a $1,000. turned it down cause of the gas prices.

sigh....the world really is coming to an end.

I remember the "Good'ol days" of paying $1.04 for regular gas back when I first started driving. Believe it or not, that was considered high since it was marked up from .99

in my town, its $3.02, i filled up in the bigger city for $2.99. my brother called me last night to say he pays $3.12 in waukesha...and this is all for regular! i don't even want to know what premium costs.

when i was learning to drive, it was about $2 a gallon, and i thought $21 to fill up my cavalier sucked.

Its $2.99 for regular here by my house. Oh and I don't fill up, Ionly get 5 gallons - enough to last me the week. I figure why carry the extra weight around.
