December 13, 2003: Very Generous Father bought me my 1990 Grand Prix STE McLaren/ASC 3.1L Intercooled Turbo for $1800.
December 24, 2003: Recieved Vanity Plate "COOLED2" and installed on car.
January 1, 2004: Cut out Catalytic Convertor and replaced with straight pipe, $11.24
January 18, 2004: Father bought me a K&N filter to mount to the turbo and a breather filter for the valve cover.
January 24, 2004: Installed Magnaflow Mufflers, $110 and change.
March 27, 2004: Father bought new tires for his GTP, and then had the old tires mounted on my car.
March 31, 2004: Installed new front brake pads, $10.59.

Plans for April:
Buy a TopGun 160 Chip & Thermostat, $290

Plans for May:
Install Cross Drilled & Slotted Front & Rear Brake Rotors, $119
Buy new good quality brake pads all the way around, $??
Possibly replace ABS accumulator, $1XX

Plans for June:
Nothing as of now, get everything ready for July!

2/22/04 Purchase 1990 SSE. Dosen't run, flat tires and filthy. Flatbed 125 miles to home from New Hampshire.

2/22/04 to 4/5/04 Repaired faulty connector to fuel tank, replaced fuel sending unit, 2 OEM flex fuel lines, replacement fuel line section, brake lines, proportioner valve, shoes, pads, alternator, drive belt, fuel pressure reg, battery, repaired both rear doors, corrected 2 minor electrical problems, removed interior and cleaned.

4/5/04 Registered and insured.

$250 for car + $100 for the tow
aprox $640 for parts and sublet work
lots of beer and a couple of Band-Aids

May 2002- Grandpa stops driving, gives the bonnie to my dad who gives it too me.

September 2003 - While on a trip to Minneapolis starts to make noises. Change camshaft and timing chain.

October 2003 - Car stops on Hwy. Engine in seized by oil deprivation. Something sprung a leak and the light didn't come on.

November 2003 - Replace engine block. Cannot get carberator to adjust quite right but drive it anyways. Replace fuel pump. Put headers on.

December 2003 - Mom breaks taillight backing out of driveway. Alternator stops working, go through 3 alternators before finding one that works.

January 2004 - Car will not start, do not know why.

February 2004 - Figure out that the problem is both the carb and the distributor. Install new carb, intake and used distributor. Car still will not run.

March 2004 - The problem is oil wash. Injected oil into cylinders, put in new spark plugs, runs great now.

April 2004- Block heater is leaking antifreeze, will fix today.
