I come home from work and my wife says BLT for dinner. That means I have to cook the bacon. Hmmmm. Hot day, cold brew in the fridge, full tank. Why not grill the bacon instead? Never tried it before.

Cook it like you would anything else on the grill. Just remember to keep the heat down, otherwise you will get flareups because of all the excess grease dripping down. Bacon never tasted better.

Thanks for the tip- sounds like some good eating. In the Army I learned a bad way to make bacon, deep fry it in bulk........ yuk..

We bake bacon at home. Place it in the oven and forget about it, always comes out uniform and crispy....

Good tip, I'll have to give that a try. Maybe I will have better luck on the grill than I do on the stove.

Grilled bacon is the bomb! Especially the extra thick sliced kind.

That sounds good, I'll have to try it. Not to hijack the thread but I tried a new dish today also. Take 1 crock pot, 1 cut up chicken, 1 bottle of barbecue sauce. 4 hours on low heat, add onions and green pepper. 1 more hour. Pig out.

I've always wondered about that. I wasn't sure if you could grill it or not, good to know it works. Thanks for sharing.

I'll have to try that. I did wrap shrimp in bacon and stick a stick threw it and on the grill, now that was good eating.
