As the owner of a Domino'* myself, I usually tip $5, unless the driver is rude or doesn't speak to me or anything. I've been doing this job in one capacity or another, frm driver to owner, and I can tell you, you can make $$ in this business. :P

I always tip good. And if I'm short on cash he gets to take a couple beers for the road. Or he gets invited back after he gets off work. Since we never order pizza unless its a party.

I went to the meet up north last May... I think there were 23-24 of us there at the red robin...
At the end we all tipped and all were tossing $$ on the Table as they gave us 2 servers and they both treated us really well, Like a good friend.. In the end being that they were sooo nice there was a chunk of cash left on the table for them... It Pays to be good to people weather you are the Customer or employee.. I do like to tip more if they are nice

drives alway get good tips, unless theyre rude to me.
i figure. delivery drivers are incredibly important when it comes to getting my pizza on time. so i work hard to develop a rep everywhere possible for tipping well.
but poor service in restaurants . . . inexcusable. i have been known to go to my car to get change for the tip. if the service is bad enough, i will not only leave a $0.30 tip (i figure, less and they assume im just cheap, but $0.30 is insulting), and then, just to be sure they dont just think im being cheap, i also leave a note on the back on the receipt saying what was wrong with the service i received. and just to be fair, if i get very good service, i leave a note saying how good the service was.
