DAMN IT!!!! The same di(k weed that gave me NGK TR6'* when I asked for TR55'* once again gave me TR5'* instead of the TR55'* that I asked for. I'm going back and I am going to ream him a new A$$ hole. I am PISSED to say the least. I had my brother pick these up, but I had called ahead and told the guy at the store what I wanted so it was ready for my brother when he got there.
I had told my brother to make sure he didn't try to slip him some other plugs and sure enough he did. He talked my brother into believing that the TR5'* are the same as the TR55'*.
I am under the belief that TR5'* would be a heat range WARMER! than the TR55'* since the TR6'* are a range colder.
What the hell kind of DINK does he think he is?!?!!
I am really gonna let him have it. I think he is one of the manager'* of Advanced Auto Parts so I am going to call the Regional Manager/Supervisor and let him know how I feel about the service of this one guy in particular.
I think the guy does it personally because he was trying to sell a beat up 1998 Buick Regal LS to another brother about a year ago and I was along and talked my brother out of buying it ($6000) for the 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix SE that my brother bought for $2300.

Well, I called and asked for the manager and was told the manager won't be in until tomorrow. I asked if I could talk the the person in charge right then and some guy named "Joe" came on (the guy I have had the bad dealing'* with names' "Todd"). I then asked who the store manager was and when I was told someone other than 'Todd' I asked this guy if he'd relay the message to the manager (I'm still going to call the manager -would go there but it'* on the far side of St. Cloud ...50 miles one way). He said he would and noted that 'Todd' has caused trouble before. So I think I might end up with free TR55'* at least and hopefully one guy named 'Todd' hearing "YOU'RE FIRED!!!".
