Seriously though.. I like Theo Epstein because of his management style, two very key points that I admire and respect:
1) Happy Players are effective players.
2) See past the status quo and look for the "X" factor that has been missing.
With so much cash flowing around baseball, you see GMs all over the place trying to outspend one another with little regard for chemistry or how one part fits into another. I think that Theo is ultimately going to be right back in the same role he had before whether or not he has the title. This can only be good to keep things exciting between Boston and New York (fans).
