Delayed throttle response
Gd morning fellow tuners, quick question this is not necessarily even bonnie related. Im doing some work on my dads 97 Ram and I noticed its kinda slow of the line. I mean you can press the accelerator and its like the truck has to think about moving before it actually goes. Was just wondering what can be some causes of this?

In 97 the dodge still used a distributor. IIRC it still used a mechanical timing advance and all that fun.
The probably is probably that they dodged responsibility to build a good product because they nailed the look that sold billions of trucks.
