ok... first, you'll need to make the pictures available online, either car domain, photobucket, or your own server. Once you have them there, you can get the URL to their location, such as http://www.photobucket.com/mypictures/.../pic1.jpg. This can be gotten by opening up the picture in whatever one you choose to use.

Next, to post them, you start your message and when you get to the part where you want the picture, you press the Img button under the subject line. Then you copy the location from above into it and then you press the Img* button to finish it.

To see how it should be formatted, click quote on this message and you will see my image tag for the image below.

To resize your pictures, I use Microsoft Paint, which can be gotten to by going Start->run and then typing "mspaint" and clicking enter (works on most windows PC'*) Once there, open the picture, then go to Image-> Stretch/skew and enter a value for the top two boxes, using the same number for both to keep the proportions. For my 2.0 MP pictures, I find 40% is the best number to put in there to have them the right size. Once this is done, save it and place it on your webhost from part one of this message.

To do a signiture, use the same tag as above and place it in the signiture section of the profile.
