Its freakin cold out there! last night we dipped down to about -30 to -40 Farenhite..scary i know..thing is my Alero the past week even at -15 -20 does not warm up hardly enough, the heat is compleatly devoted to the windshield as its like luke warm, ive got the bra on the front if it, made absolutley no diffrence. I'm running at a 195 right now..can i step that up to say a 205?

Here in MN we cardboard the radiator on bigger vehicles. Take a pice of card board the size of the radiator, and cut a hole about 6 in x 6in in it for flow. Keeps the subzero temps from cooling the engine too much

Yeah, I did that when I lived in Chicago. It really helped.

well, there is a fair sized peice in there right now, and tucked behind my foggers..worked on the Bonneville last year...but not on this.
But I'll try a bigger peice..its almost impossible to reach the rad without getting under neath the Alero

WOW!!, how far up in Alberta are you? Here in Minnesota its 40* fairenheit ABOVE zero. To think we get sh*t for being cold. However, it probably is much colder in northern Minnesota. I know northern MN has a totally different climate than southern MN. It can be totally green here in late April but travel a few hours up north and its still brown.
