That looks like one of the several CAI kits avaliable for W-bodies.
Noone'* going to bid on that till he drops the price at least in half.
Who goes to eBay to buy a used Buick Regal for more than sticker? Buy an unmodded one, get the mods seperate, put them in and save 10 grand.

I would pay maybe 20,000 that is bit high. I hate those wheel look so ghetto rich. on second tought I would take 5000 off the price just because of the rim 15,000. So he changed the oil over 1,000 miles what kind of oil did he use
