see thats what i was thinkin, because although my interior has fugly cloth instead of leather its pretty nice, and yeah those two are quite similar..i know the dash overlays for the Alero will fit an Intrigue as well..and im thinking his gfs car is like the base model or something and might not have as nice an interior.

look how much smaller the Alero is inside than the Intrigue...but i guess being cramped and shoved into a small space is what this younger crowd likes....

look at the dual climate controls and fancy HVAC system in the Intrigue...not there in Alero, tweeters baby!...where are the Aleros? im not saying dont like Aleros, theyre allright, im just attempting to defend my car a little..because the last car i had was a "senior citizens car" which all of you drive...and i didnt like it being call that then..and especially not now.

Are you saying GAs aren't chick cars? I think they kinda are...alot of girls drive them, especially the pretty ones .
Nope not at all... I see a lot more ladies driving them than guys... Only reason I don't have a GA GT is because I wanted a little more room... But I still like the looks of the 99-05 GA GT better than any G6...
yes i see alota females driving ga'* here. i think i have only seen one alero around here and it was being drove by some older grandma going like 15 mph in a 35. so i guess you can say girly car too.

But the ultimate girly machine would have to be MAZDA MIATA. hands down if you see a guy driving that car he is eather gay of he has his girlfreinds car.

just my cent and half

the newer Miatas are somewhat more masculine though, although i guess theyre called the MX5 now...but even back in their "cute" stage they would still be a fun little car, handle like a dream i bet...id drive a newer one, but i agree the Miata is just downright girly.

Alero:

Intrigue:
pulling up pictures does nothing. the alero'* are nicer inside, ive sat and driven both alot. i know the intrigues cost more...but that doesn't make them better. my gf'* is a GL, i had a GLS, so she didn't have leather/moonroof so i cant comment on the seats, since i had leather and a moonroof. the whole dash is more generic, the dash on the alero curves towards you, the intrigue is very flat, boxy and feels like a boat. i hate dual climate control, i like the *****. tweeters? are you refering to stereo tweeters? there in the upper door pillar, on the inside of the mirror. my monsoon system actually sounded pretty good, they used 2ohm 6x9'* as subwoofers and were powered off a small amp in the trunk. Oh, and my rear seats folded down, intrigues dont. i like the smaller size of the alero, like i said, the intrigue reminds me of a boat.... unless you've driven both, you cant say the intrigue is better mearly on the fact that it costs more.

and faster? nope....(unless you talking 4cyl alero) im not sure if she'* got the performance axel ratio, but her car is hardly faster, mines torquer hers has more up top....both cars are rated in the high 15'*, just because the 3.5 is rated to have a higher hp, doesn't make it faster. it weighs quite a bit more, my alero was 3100 lbs, i believe intrigues are in the 35-3600lb range. and the 4t65 sucks up more drivetrain loss than the 4t45.....end result?? there about the same.

oh, and alero'* have a aftermarket. there'* actually quite a bit made for them, headers, cams, tb'*, heads, pcm'* superchargers, turbo'* (premade kits) etc etc. getting a 14.6+ second 3400 alero is very possible, intrigues are stuck in the high 15'*, unless you got a older 3800 one
