Found that in an article in my local paper. Still working on using it correctly, but hope to have it down within the week. It has a lot of graphs and reports you can use to show your progress. Neat little tool to help motivate you.
Also, going to the gym and using the cross training machines is great. I go 3-4 times a week with my girlfriend for about 45 minutes. It'* a great work out, there are TV'* if you bring headphones. I usually do 30 minutes on an elliptical and then 15 on weight machines for upper body. Still tweaking my work out (started this a week ago)
And I am with you. I'm 6'3" 222lbs. right now, and my goal is 180lbs and better lung capacity (I have asthma and being out of shape doesn't help) Current goal is to be around (prefereably under) 200lbs by my birthday in april.
