Any Otolaryngologists here?
I have been deaf in one ear for like a week due to a cold and sinus stuff, I think mucus is in my eustachian tube, meaning that I can pop my ears but one side is still real muffled...I know I have read flonaze can help but are any OTC medictions good for getting that crap out of the tube? :P

Are you talking about popping your ears by holding your nose and blowing???
Sometimes a good forced yawn works when mone are really stopped up.
I've got a partial hearing loss anyway so,it really suprises me when I can get them to pop. I can hear soooo much better!!!!!!

Ear candling, works like a champ. Seriously though, your sinuses and ears are all connected, even moving your jaw affects your ear. Blowing your nose to much can also clog your ears. Get better, your ears will fix themselves.

Candling only does the outer ear. I believe his issue is his inner ear.
Soooooo, since the Eustachian Tube connects the inner ear to the sinuses, you could shove a shop vac in your mouth and go to town......
please don't

I'm a Pharmacist Assistant
There really isn't anything OTC that is used to treat that, that I know of. Go to your Dr. and get his/her opinion if things don't get better
