Went down to Iowa to check out the progress on the model A. Walk in the shop to see this. Russ is putting the new IFS in because the owner wants power steering.

chrome trim on trunk lid = 58 model year.
59-60 are nearly identical sans the chrome on the trunk.
why anyone would change the exhaust routing on a solid axle corvette to exit under the valence opposed to through the bumpers is beyond me. nice car otherwise.

i'm gonna go with chris on this one. '58. and i also second his opinion on the exhaust...other than the rims/rubber/exhaust, car looks original. with those mods, maaayyybbbeee...just maybe you stuck some chrome on the trunk lid of a '59 to confuse us?
