Same guy that drove Damien drove the Alero right?

Most likely Matt...it'* just one of lifes little pleasures that can't be helped. Seems pretty darn early, but we've seen them with less.

It has acted up before, it went in a few years back and had the Valve body replaced, then there was a ton of electrical issues with the trans itself.

I just dropped my Trani pan today.
Not bad after two Bonne Meets over two years since I did it last.
A light coating of darkness but the fluid was medium red.

The magnet was coated about 1/16" think with metallic powder.

I feel so much better now after the transfusion.

I can't believe my trans is still good. I'm prolly the hardest driver on the club. IDK what to say but you might have alien microorganisms in you're tranny'* trying to make you look bad. But I believe your easy on them. They can't fool me.

All joking aside, how cold has it been there? Red Deer is a ways up there and i've seen that area go below -30F. Maybe you need to allow more warm up time??

One thing you need to remember Matt, that the trani needs to warm up first before you start to transmit much power thru it.
General rule of thumb is no different than any other hydraulic system. 130 F

That takes my car about 10 minutes of driving to reach.

If it'* colder outside, it takes longer.

I had a problem with my alero'* transmission a couple months back, when i would lay on it hard from a take off it would slip hardcore after 2000rpm and the shifts would shudder.

i changed the fluid and added some lucas transmission additive and i havent had any problems with the car since, the trans shifts fine now and firmer than before.

maybe you can give it a try to get some more time out of it.

Fully warm it slips at lower rpms
cold it misses the shift compleatly, almost gotta hold first till 4K then manually shift it
