I have photoshop elements 7 will that require photoshop to run it. I don't think it does... Will it? I don't want it to not work.

Do you mean you have Photoshop Elements 4.0? Photoshop 7 is an older version of the full program. Elements is just what the name implies. Lots of stuff for someone who just needs to work with his or her home photos as opposed to full blown software editing.
