Default Woo Hoo!

I went on the scale today and noticed, I've lost SIX pounds in the last 2 weeks! All I've been doing is drinking more water and juices and lowering the soda intake (imma Dr.Pepper fan, I even keep some cold in the bonnie for whenever!) Plus since I work at McDonalds (shudders) I get a free meal every shift. Usually I get the chicken selects meal and alot of cokeeeee, Now I get a good and not as bad for u ceasar salad with some grilled chicken on it with some Frozen lemonade.

If this keeps going I'' reach my goal of 270 in not to long! (I'm 281 right now admittedly...)

Wonder if I'll get a few extra feet per gallon in my car now!

Cutting soda from your diet is by far the easiest way to lose weight.

W/o soda I stay near 160-162 but as soon as I begin to drink soda...165-169.

Easiest way to avoid it is not to buy it. (Makes more money for mods too)

At some point in the recent past I managed to gain about 15 pounds. I have no idea when, how, why, or where, but the numbers dont lie.

Since my senior year in high school ive weighed about 160-165, stepped on a scale the other day, jumped up to about 177. I pretty much stopped drinking soda too, but I still have one from time to time.

Think thats bad. Graduated HS at 268 6'5 . 9% body fat. Before asked yes i juiced big time. 10 years later, two back surgeries...no more football, not aloud to exercise and I am 6'3 340. Now I have beat the hell out of my body in those ten years but it sucks. Barely drink soda. If I eat I gain weight. If I dont eat I gain weight. So all you guys that say you cant gain a pound. How about we trade metabolisms for awhile and get me back to playing weight. I even drink 12 glasses of water daily and all it does is make me pee ALOT. But the upside is I can write my full name in the snow in 2foot letters

I pretty much know how you feel. I left the summer after HS 155 and toned. 9 months later I weighed 175-180. I went from 34'* been super loose to 36'* being tight. Summer after I lost 15 of it and have not been able to loose the rest. Granted I have more muscle mass now than I did then. Gotta love the gym
