They do sell glass top cleaner made for those kinds of stoves. If you use the wrong type of cleaner or to abrasive then it will leave scratches and the next time will be even harder to clean.

Try what they use for the ovens in The Supermarket chicken roasters......
and what has now become an automotive product....
Greased Lightning!!!
Spray on cool surface let sit for a while, wipe off with paper towel.
Repeat if necessary.

That is the type of stove I have. They sell special stuff at most stores (I get mine from Walmart) and it keeps it clean. I really like this type of stove!!

yea its bad if you dont use glass top cleaner.... i used to sell them... it pits the surface and when u use it next it burns in even more.. idk if yours CAN be cleaned now the glass surface might be FUBAR'ed
