That'* one heck of a security system. We used to have a half english bull half mastiff, although ours was on a strict hamburger and chicken diet and weighed 180+. That'* a big dog. I wouldn't want anything to do with it unless I knew it very well. Even then, I'd still ask it'* permission before stepping to close.

Mike...this guy is on a first name basis with the judge. We finally called the prosecutors office and told them to get their heads outa their azzes and to look at this loon. The problem with the prosecutors office is that a new prosecutor was assigned for each of his cases and his traffic/DUI'* were in a different district court. We have provided the info to the prosecutor, that we thought they would normally mine...come to find out this idiot has a running record in Arizona also and the reason he'* up here was start fresh and clean. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

When you live in a very rural setting like mine, where there is no local law authority; we tend to group together at the fire hall or watering hole to discuss individuals such as this. They are few and far between given the local "policy". We usually agree it is in the communities best interest to go out and speak to such individuals and give them our take on their behavior. This is our "let'* give him a chance" to comprehend the situation. While this action is never very effective, it is always required to keep the older gents appeased. When this action is ignored, either immediately or days down the road, we repeat the action but take it to the "a walk in the woods will help clear your mind" level. The woods are dark with many hidden dangers looming. Dead branches fall from tree'*, Rock outcroppings abound ready to trip up the unsuspecting, and steep banks cause tumbles that bring on a multitude of contusions. These walks really let the fresh air do it'* work and most who take the journey come back with a new perspective on their surroundings. And they either turn a new leaf, or look for another locale to habitate. Very seldom is there a need to go to the final level. That would be the "we thought you'd like to go hunting with us" level. For a population that grows up with guns and hunting is something passed down to each generation, we still have our share of accidents.
