Herb and Garlic seasoned Ham Steak
Itialian seasoned diced red potatoes (with mild italian sausage)
Ceasar salad
Later tonight during a movie or monopoly game, we'll have imitation crab dipped in melted butter for a junkie-snack.

What movie did you watch? Yesterday I watched Flightplan ,with Jodie foster that I've had for months. I found it slow in the beginning but ended up liking it. We had pizza and wings with beer during the show.

boneless chicken breasts chopped into chunks and covered with ShakeNBake...pan fry in butter for about 10 mins. Mashed potatoes and corn. Dessert was fudge sundaes....snack was popcorn sprinkled with M&M'*. Kids were here this weekend...if they weren't, it would have been a can of tuna fish.
Movie was Twisted staring Ashley Judd, Samuel Jackson, and ....gosh...forgot his name. It was a great psychological thriller.
