Toastedoats can vouch for this(as he lived there for a short while) but we here in Ma. always notice when we visit New Hampshire they have got to be the biggest
users of personaized lisence plates.

thats because they are CHEAP up there... $25 one time, not the 20 or 40 dollars a year they are here in MA, If they werent that cheap i probably wouldnt have gotten it...
