If you ever decide to do any serious off-roading, you will bless that automatic. For most off-road situations, an auto is far better than stick. For one, if you're bouncing down a hard, rocky trail, it'* pretty challenging even getting your hand to land on the shifter between bounces, much less actually make the downshift....
Anyway, other than the Wrangler, the small Cherokee is probably the best trail vehicle ever made.

Well I probably won't be doing any serious off roading with it, but I wouldn't mind doing something off road. I havn't done anything like that before except driving on the Beach at Cape Hatteras for like 10 minutes in the Expedition.
