This is a must read, best story I have read in a very long time. Only wish it was Chase instead of Bank of America. The big banks think they are above reproach, especially Chase that wants to take competition out of banking and force all the community banks out of banking.

I love it, that is so cool that the lawyer went to this point. Banks don't like to have people see this kind of thing, and I'm surprised it went that far. A few years back we wrote out two checks to our church, totaling $510. The bank the church messed up and cashed those checks 2 times, putting us in the red. Didn't take long and we were over a grand in the red due to NSF fees from banks and stores. We got black listed from the super market, who by the way charge $65 for each check. Turned out the bank cashed the checks, and then lost the bag of checks, over $90k worth of checks. So they cashed the copies for all of them. It took us well over a month to get our money back, mean while, we can't buy food. It took the threat of going to the news paper. They finally paid, and sent letters to the stores explaining what happened. I hate Wells Fargo. It'* time banks start feeling it.

i hate banks, they always have that our policy is law attitude.

Reminds me of Chase. The post office lost my mortgage payment and Chase never sent me a late payment notice. Instead, Chase tried going right into foreclosure because I missed 1 month,but funny they didn't noticed I paid the next month'* payment.
