I got my BFGs at their local store, had no problems, and got good service, and even saved some off the website. The stores are seperate, so they actually compete with their own website. Call them up while on their site and you can use the prices there to negotiate a better buy from the guy making commission...

Yeah, while having some of the best deals regarding tires/road hazard warranties, they will SCREW you royally if you're not careful. I got charged over $350 for tires that weren't worth more than $200. My mistake. The store tried to screw my dad over too. You just gotta be careful when dealing with guys makin commission.
Other than the above, good stuff as far as I can see. Just negotiate a good price as previously mentioned.

I checked their store locator and the closest stores are in the upper corner of the state and I live down near the coast
