Avalon Lakeside (think i got the name right) was offering the 3 month lease option which is a huge plus for me since I'm only there for the summer, but I haven't done a ton of looking yet.

Edit - that site you listed looks pretty nice! If they can work out a short term lease that'd be sweet.

Downers Grove use to be nice when I lived up North. There are a lot of nice towns to choose from.
