I remember bringing my 93 home for the first time and haveing my sunroof on vent. When I parked it I had looked at my car like 12 times before going in the house. I think it was the rims I had cause they werent the ugly white factory ones and the SUPERCHARGED sign on the door. When I left the house to show off (The car was slightly dirty) I tested the car out. I remember punching it and left a 3-4 house smoke trail. This car was unreal to me. I couldnt believe that this was my car and I had a little supercharged motor. I was happy. When I first when on the expressway I was amazed and impressed by the handling and torgue. With those wide tires I could do 85mph on this lil * curve on I-290 going east and will stay in the lane cuase of those THEN good 235/55/16 American Eagle tires from Goodyear. I then even tested the governer and saw that the car went as fast as 120mph. Not as fast as others but was good enough for me, like an upgrade from the 97 SSE that only did 107............................................... .................................................. .................................................. ..booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. .. Anyway, I was back on the road. I had to get use to the demagnasteer. The steering was loose but too loose. It was normal though, by it being older and was not that firm I delt with it. Even with a wheel alighnment it was still loose. I was even happier knowing that I could drive the car at night and in the day time with the foglights on and didnt have to deal with DRL or ALC! I wasnt to happy with not having Traction Control. I like that. only for snow and rain perposes. My passenger seat was broke, and it was funny cause if I had a friend in that seat and I put some torque on the pedal, they flew straight back, . I never got it fixed. The car had a bouncy feel to from the firmness of the 97. I never got the shocks replaced either. I am talking to much now, comments?
