Monte Carlo SS
Ok, has anyone driven one of these? Same engine (3800 Series II N/A) as the Bonneville and GP, but wider stance than the GP. Does the suspension and steering lack the agressiveness of Pontiac'* norms, or what'* the story?
Thx,
Thx,

They gave me Monte Carlo SS in hopes id buy it (lots in common with the trofeo) I didnt feel like punching it, the dealer mite have had my *** if onstar called me for going over the vehicles designed speed. comfy too.

Yea.. they're alright.. nice and comfy ( like bonnies ) but I noticed they exhibit more torque steer then my SSEI ( which has more oomph ).. but other then that no complaints.. if you're lookin for another car with 3.8.. try the Impala.. ppl may move out of your way thinkin your an undercover

but then I personally don't like buyin fresh new car ( other then the new car scent ).. the value depreciates too much the first year or two.. I"d wait to let them work out any bugs and such, and get it at a cheaper price..

On a side note, not that it matters, a 2001 Monte Carlo SS is the fastest L36 on ClubGP...but that just happens to have a CSC on it. I think it runs something like 12.1 in the 1/4.
