Dear UPS, go die in a fire
Found a good deal that came with a lifetime warranty for a cluster repair service. They guy replaces all back lights, steppermotors, calibrates speedometer, and checks for any firmware updates. So I sent out my SLE cluster, he got it, repaired it, and then shipped it back. But he used UPS. Damage ensued. Luckily it was insured, so the guy is filing the claim with the several pictures I sent him. Here is a few of them.
The lens was near mint when it went out
So uhh what did ya do UPS, drop kick it?

that is shitty.. in 2001 i believe it was we bought a dell desktop computer and when they unloaded it he dropped it on the pavement.. luckily nothing happened but you cant just carelessly toss a damn computer box out of a truck.. ESPECIALLY when the customer is standing right there..

Ya, they suck. UPS drop kicks **** and Fedex can't find my house, or town half the time. The last thing I got I had to meet the Fedex driver up on the blacktop at a Tavern near here.

I hate UPS with a passion. They've never done outright damage to my stuff but they will drive my package half way up state just to make sure it gets to me on the day its scheduled. Logistics my butt! I like getting my stuff ahead of schedule, so I welcome fedex at any opportunity I have to use them.

Yea the one order I had come from Newegg I was at work when it got delivered and my dad said all he heard was a loud thunk. He looked out the window and say UPS pulling out the driveway. Yup they had just drop kicked a graphics card, all-in-one water cooler, and and power supply. Luckily no damage.
