I've been dealing with no on demand programming from my cable box and slower than turtle speeds/dropping connections for my internet.
Called last night.
First call to TV part of cable company. I was nice, courteous and explained I knew they needed to come out per other calls before. Try this one thing..ok.. how does 1pm tomorrow sound for a service call? I'm in awe..1pm the very next day
Can't transfer me to internet part of company and can't schedule that repair.. ok. thanked the nice woman for the 1pm appointment.
Second call to internet area of cable company. Again..still in shock at my next day appointment I was kind and courteous. Guy says..you've been having this trouble for at least 2 months haven't you, he saw a ton of drops and connection attempts by my modem. How does a 3pm service call tomorrow sound?
I'll be leaving work early today. Still in shock.
